Luca Nichetto
Born in Venice in 1976, Luca Nichetto first studied at Istituto Statale d’Arte in Venice. Then, in 1998, he received his undergraduate degree from the department of industrial design at Università Iuav di Venezia.
Having begun his professional career by working with glass artist Salviati from Murano, Nichetto then became a product designer and started working as a consultant for the lighting company Foscarini.
Opening a studio under his own name in Venice in 2006, the designer moved to Stockholm in 2011 and started living there by opening a second studio. Nichetto has worked as the artistic director for many international companies throughout his career
